Would it not also be discriminating to allow smokers a free right to poison my breathing air. I feel that it is more a matter of rights than discrimination. I should have the right to breath air that is free of a smokers second hand smoke. If a smoker truly desires to poison himself, that is his right but he should not be allowed to poison others. Just a thought!
